VARON Oxygen Concentrator Warranty Information
The VARON oxygen concentrator comes with a one-year warranty period. Within one year from the date of product receipt, if your oxygen concentrator experiences any malfunctions caused by manufacturing defects, we will provide free repair service.This warranty guarantees that the generator will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty Policy

Please note that accessories (such as tubes, filters, connectors, etc.) are not covered under warranty. We ensure the quality of our accessories upon purchase, but they are subject to wear and tear.

VARON Independence Warranty Exclusions
- Normal Wear and Tear: Periodic maintenance, repair, and replacement of parts due to normal operation are excluded from coverage.
- Abuse and Misuse Defects or damages that are a result of the following are excluded from coverage.

  • Improper operation, improper storage, abuse, or neglect, such as exposure to smoke or physical damage.
  • Ingress of liquids, sand, dirt, food, or insects/animals.
  • Exposure to extreme heat and/or humidity.
  • Use of the product or accessories for commercial purposes or subjecting the product and accessories to abnormal usage or conditions.
  • Lack of user or provider required preventative maintenance.
  • Other acts which are not the fault of VARON.


-Use of non-VARON Authorized Products or Accessories: Defects and damages resulting from the use of non-VARON branded or authorized products or accessories are excluded from coverage.
-Unauthorized Service or Modification: Defects and damages resulting from service, testing, installation, or modification in any way by someone other than VARON are excluded from coverage.

Warranty Claims and Procedures
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team at info@oxygensolve.com within the warranty period. Provide your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.

Our customer support team will assess the claim and determine the appropriate course of action. This may include troubleshooting, replacement of defective parts, or, if necessary, repair or replacement of the oxygen generator.

In case of a warranty claim, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product to us. VARON will cover the shipping costs for returning the repaired or replacement product to the customer.

Nontransferable  
The warranties hereunder are granted by VARON only to the original Purchaser of the Products and are non-transferable. The purchaser’s original purchase receipt for the Products and proof of identity is required for the limited warranties hereunder to be effective. For the limited warranty set forth herein to be effective, Purchaser shall inspect each Product within Forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and before such Product is put to use. 

Disclaimer
VARON shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the oxygen generator, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. After the warranty of your product is expired, VARON is no longer obligated for further replacement and repair and shipping costs.
